As Live Business Grosvenor Production continues to grow, the job opportunities multiply. Our output last year was well over 8000 days and nights of entertainment. We are the largest bookers of artistes of all types in the UK. Many of our artistes return again and again to work for us in a variety of venues on land and at sea.
Our artiste engagement policy is simple. We respect highly the skills and talents that the very best artistes bring to us. We make every effort to treat them well and pay them a fair rate at all times. We also always pay on time every time (barring the odd 'glitch' in the system). We are continually upgrading our systems to better facilitate the care for and convenience of those many hundreds of artistes who work with us every year.
On the other hand we expect the highest standards of commitment and behaviour from all our staff of every kind. We operate in a very public business where we are all the human face of the clients who employ us. We must all always act in a way that brings credit to all of us as well as to our clients. This not taking a high moral stand; it is simply pragmatic. If we don't do the job well in all its aspects, somebody else will be given the job. It's as simple as that.
