Our talent management operation is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. We recruit across every entertainment discipline — production show performers, children's entertainers, musicians, cruise directors, entertainment hosts, technical crew and management staff — through our own audition and recruitment programmes, our industry network and our longstanding relationships with performing arts colleges and agencies across the UK and internationally.

We manage the entire employment lifecycle — auditions, contracts, visa and work permit applications, pre-departure training, onboard induction, performance management, welfare support and end-of-contract management. Our contracts and logistics team handles all travel, accommodation and crew change arrangements, ensuring that your venue always has the right people in the right places.
