Our training and operational delivery programme covers every stage of the employment journey — from pre-departure orientation and role-specific skills training through to onboard induction, ongoing performance management and end-of-season debrief. We tailor every training programme to the specific requirements of the venue, the role and the client brand — ensuring that your entertainment teams are not just competent, but genuinely excellent.
Our training is delivered by experienced entertainment professionals who have worked in the same environments as the staff they're training — on cruise ships, in holiday parks, at hotel resorts and on ferries. They understand the realities of the job, the challenges of working away from home and the standards that are required to deliver a truly exceptional guest experience.
