TUI BLUE is one of the world's leading hotel brands, offering premium holiday experiences across a diverse portfolio of family and adults-only resorts worldwide. Operating in multiple destinations across Europe, Africa and Asia, TUI BLUE focuses on delivering memorable guest experiences through high-quality accommodation, activities and entertainment tailored to its international audience.

The Challenge

TUI BLUE required an entertainment partner capable of delivering a consistent, high-quality guest experience across 23 international hotels, whilst maintaining the flexibility to adapt programmes to different destinations, cultures and guest demographics.

The entertainment offering needed to appeal to a broad audience, ranging from young families and children through to couples and adults seeking a more relaxed holiday experience. The programme also needed to reflect TUI BLUE's premium positioning, providing engaging daytime activities, memorable evening entertainment and family experiences that would enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat bookings.

Delivering this at scale required the recruitment, training and management of a large international entertainment team, capable of operating to consistent standards across multiple countries and destinations.

The Solution

Live Business was selected to provide a complete turnkey entertainment solution across 23 TUI BLUE hotels worldwide.

Our support begins with the recruitment and deployment of an international team of entertainers, including singers, dancers, musicians, aerialists, presenters, hosts and family entertainers. Every team member undergoes comprehensive training to ensure a consistent delivery standard whilst maintaining the flexibility to adapt to the unique needs of each hotel and destination.

Working closely with TUI BLUE, we developed and continue to deliver a complete entertainment programme including daytime activities, family games, local cultural experiences, sports and wellness activities, children's entertainment, interactive events and evening production shows.

For families, we created a varied programme of children's entertainment featuring character experiences, mini discos, games, live shows and interactive activities designed to engage younger guests throughout their holiday.

A key highlight of the partnership has been the creation of the TUI Bots — an original character brand developed by Live Business that has evolved into a global family entertainment concept. The TUI Bots universe includes live character appearances, original stage shows, bespoke music, animated content, an augmented reality mobile app and a dedicated online platform, creating a truly immersive experience that extends beyond the hotel environment.

Alongside the family programme, we deliver premium evening entertainment including live music, quizzes, gameshows, themed events and large-scale production shows, ensuring there is something for every guest, every evening.
